If you have received a catering request notification but there are non visible and have checked your account within 7 days of the first notification we apologize as we have completely changed our system, it notifies you based on multiple factors and we are just dialling in the setting. Please be patient. Also check over your profile to ensure it is correct. Please send me a message using the button below and let me know if this has happened so we can log the users this is affecting.

iOS:
- Open Safari: Launch the Safari app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Navigate to the Site: Go to our website.
- Tap the “Share” Button: In the toolbar, find and tap the Share button (a square with an arrow pointing upward) at the bottom of the screen.
- Select “Add to Home Screen”: Scroll down the list of actions and select Add to Home Screen.
- Confirm the Installation: You can rename the app if you wish, then tap Add in the top-right corner.
- Open app, login and your set! You will now receive instant catering requests and messages from the requesters.

- Open Chrome: Launch the Google Chrome browser on your Android device.
- Navigate to the Site: Go to our website.
- Find the Menu: Tap the three-vertical-dot menu button in the top right corner.
- Install/Add: Look for and select “Add to Home screen” or “Install app”.
- Confirm: A pop-up will appear allowing you to rename the app. Tap “Add” or “Install” to finish.
- Open app, login and your set! You will now receive instant catering requests and messages from the requesters.
