Kevin and Yolande Fraess started their food truck in May 2019. Finally! A dream come true. They were thinking and dreaming to open their food truck after they visited a food truck festival in Vancouver (in 2012). Kevin, the master behind the pork back ribs, and Yolande with her vegan/vegetarian interest, came to a solution; OH MY GADO!
Bringing their two cultures together; Canadian and Indonesian is Can-Donesian! For example, Canadian food with Indonesian toppings...voila! A selection of pork, chicken and vegetarian dishes in a unique way. U GADO TRY IT!
