Chicken kebab was ok, but why oh why would you use a loose (non sticky) rice like basmati in a wrap? I was trying to walk back to work and eat at the same time and this wrap literally fell apart as I was walking. Rice was everywhere and most of my lunch ended up on the ground. Too much sauce made the wrap disintegrate. Keep the wraps like they should be-high quality veg + chicken and some tasty minimally used sauces. Keep the rice to your plated dishes and if you really want to use rice, use a stickier rice like they use with burritos. But I still prefer my kababs/shwarmas with no rice.

I pass by this food truck daily ignoring it because I thought they only had cheese burgers and fries. So on this rainy winter afternoon I decided to see what's up. Turns out they have an assortment of items that's more traditional with Middle Eastern meals.
I got the chicken plate and it did not disappoint. So much food for under $10. Flavors and spice level are spot on. 1/2 the plate was veggies while the other 1/2 was meat and rice.
There was nothing bad at all about the food. And the two gentlemen working behind the scene are very nice.
I will come back now that I know what's available!

It was ok but not wow.I came here with my colleague for lunch and we were a bit lost in finding food. We ended up here at Cazba Food Cart. I got the chicken wrap and my colleague got the beef wrap. The chicken kabab was cooked on a skewer ( roasted). No the chicken kabab that I got was not served on a skewer. It was served in a wrap. The chicken didn't have a lot of flavor. The wrap didn't have a lot of rice. Also more sauce would make the chicken less dry especially at the bottom of the wrap. Also it was very messy to eat.
This is a food truck located corner of Dunsmuir and Granville.
