Ally graduated from the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts in Vancouver, BC with a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts, where she perfected the art of French Patisseries and was mentored by some of the best Chefs in Vancouver. As a Pastry Chef and a passionate foodie Ally quickly noticed the lack of dessert food trucks in a rapidly growing industry, and so, Ally's Patisseries was born.
