We run a little food truck business serving up delicious Buddha Bowls with different topping options and finished off with a savoury golden dressing. What started to make a little money in the summer to pay for our tuition fees has turned into a full time business going on for 10 seasons now.
We offer a healthy food option for festival patrons and cater to vegan/gluten and dairy free crowds but also offer a chicken option for meat lovers.
Most of our ingredients are organic and locally sourced with the veggies all being grown in our community in Errington.
We travel up and down the island to several major festivals including Vancouver Island Music Fest, Laketown Shakedown and Filberg Festival and over to the mainland for events like Vancouver Folk Fest
