Frequently Asked Questions

+ When does my request expire?

Your request(s) will be visible to new vendors for 7 days and will automatically be removed after the 7 day.  You can re-activate your expired request if you still haven’t filled your requirements as long as the event dates has not passed.

Vendors who are added to your Interested Vendors section will stay for the entire length of the life of the request.  How long is your request accessible for?  For your privacy and security, all request details, chats, and matched caterers are permanently locked and hidden 30 days after your event date.

+ Still Waiting For Confirmation?

If you’ve arranged for a vendor (such as a caterer) to attend your event and marked the booking as confirmed on your end, but they haven’t approved it yet, please allow a few days for them to respond. If there’s still no confirmation, reach out directly via chat to follow up. Should that not yield a resolution, it may indicate they’ve decided not to proceed with the request. While we don’t condone this, it’s an unfortunate possibility in vendor interactions. In such cases, we recommend exploring alternative vendors to ensure your event runs smoothly.

+ Can I open multiple requests?

YES, you can certainly open multiple requests.  But the request cannot be for the same event.   You can extend a current request after the 7 day expiration without resubmitting a new request.
